This is the second time I have dealt with Tom and it has been as good as it was the first time. Timely and in person response and updates kept everything moving like clockwork. He was never too busy to answer back with all the details. Customer service is top notch and this is why I refer everyone to Tom.

Tom Gasparec and the team at The Mortgage Centre made what is normally a very stressful experience virtually pain free. They worked hard to provide me with the best options across multiple offerings and invested a lot of time to personally walk us through the decision making process and the many insecurities one would have with any decision as big as this. They were able to beat any rates I had received from my previous institution from the very first proposal without having to haggle from high-to-low as you would with the traditional banking institutions. Tom and his organization did a great job of follow up all throughout the process. I was happy that he had a legal connection to help handle the transaction as this should have saved me time and money . HOWEVER, Tom lost a start based on his lawyer's performance and service level (and i was doing an extremely simple renewal). I would recommend that Tom researches and recommends a different lawyer to improve the overall experience.

Tom was very good. The convenience of having everything done by email/over the phone is great.
